- Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La''s service and hygiene standards
- Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen section operation
- Create an exceptional experience for our guests
Job Requirements
- Specialized in Japanese Teppanyaki
- Good knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in similar capacity
- Loves interacting with guests and engaging them
